Key Responsibilities:

• Breakfast Service Management: Oversee the preparation and delivery of healthy and nutritious breakfast meals to our clients.
• Culinary Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence, adhering to health and safety protocols and food hygiene procedures.
• Produce Sourcing: Work closely with our farm-to-table suppliers to source high-quality, locally sourced ingredients for our breakfast menu.
• Team Collaboration: Assist the Head and Sous Chefs in preparing for subsequent services as required.
• Client Satisfaction: Deliver an exceptional dining experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a high-end culinary environment.
