JOB ROLE
Working at LK Bennett is more than just a job, by becoming one of our Multi-Site or Dual Site Managers you will be at the forefront of our luxury business. Our Multi-Site and Dual Site Managers are responsible for driving their business, supporting and developing highly engaged teams and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for driving KPI results across all of your stores, achieving an effective balance of your time in each to ensure you are commercial, customers experience exceptional service, you have knowledgeable efficient teams and visual and operational excellence is maintained to maximise sales and create customer loyalty.
Key Accountabilities
- Working across multiple sites to lead your teams to be as commercial and cost effective as possible, looking for opportunities to drive sales and increase profit across all Stores/Departments. Manage your time across your stores to ensure priorities are balanced and achieved.
- Inspire your teams to ensure Brand standards are implemented and maintained in line with company expectations to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Through your teams ensure visual and trading guidelines, windows schemes and any promotional activity is implemented to the highest standards across all stores within instructed timelines
- Review your sales floor layouts using financial data and market knowledge to ensure your stores/departments are as commercial as possible.
- Lead by example with your store teams to ensure everyone is focused on achieving all KPI’s.
- Build strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally. Work closely with your Head of Retail Trading and key Head Office functions to maximise your stores performance.
- Build local relationships to maximise store specific knowledge, marketing opportunities and Department Host information and support.
- Understand the differences (customer profile, local market, operations) across your stores/departments and adjust your approach and commercial decisions as appropriate.
- Maximise multi-channel opportunities to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
Operations
- Responsible for all Front and Back of House operations, ensuring your teams are aware and understand requirements regarding legal & Company standards compliance.
- Ensure all admin duties e.g. delivery management, cash handling, administration and delivery paperwork, payroll and host processes are completed to required standard.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the stores and that robust systems are in place to protect the business.
- Manage differences in operating procedures across your Store/Departments.
- Minimise stock loss and product markdown through good operational and team practices.
Team
- Recruit, train and develop outstanding teams who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving great results.
- Maximise the use of all L&D tools available to create a safe, informed and motivated team. Driving excellent service through product knowledge and visual training.
- Establish expectations for all team members, giving regular feedback and supporting with development, identify and tackle performance issues in line with Company policies.
- Implement and maintain clear channels of communication with teams across all sites to ensure key operational activity is delivered and the teams feel informed, empowered and supported.
- Delegate as appropriate, to ensure initiative is taken, activities are completed, and excellent standards are maintained.
- Consistently review scheduling and team rotas to ensure the most effective use of resource across all stores.

- Have excellent commercial and financial awareness, proficient at interpreting sales and stock data
- You keep yourself up to date on external factors and trends, demonstrating broad awareness of current product trends, themes and changing customer expectations.
- Have a resourceful and driven approach to challenges you may encounter, able to show resilience and take feedback on board.
- Able to work across multiple locations, working collaboratively with both internal and external business partners.
