Preferred Requirements:

  • Budget control and CAPEX experience
  • Proven leadership skills in a high-pressure production and maintenance environment
  • Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience using CMMS to maximize productivity and plant performance
  • People management and coaching abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Time served multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias and a good standard of education
  • Demonstrated capability in driving continuous improvement activities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach
