Are You a Security Architect Consultant Lead with SC Clearance looking for a "Great Place to Work"?

We have a compelling opportunity for a transformational Security Architect to redefine an array of platforms, ensuring their security and robustness for the present and future. This leadership position involves steering a dedicated team of seven and applying your expertise in the NIST Cyber Security Framework, particularly NIST 800/53 control sets.

This is hybrid working, you would be required to attend client sites mainly based in Bristol or Newcastle 2 - 3 times a week.

What you'll be doing;

This isn't just another role; it's a chance to lead progressive projects that will shape the security landscape. You'll be at the forefront, directly influencing architecture, commercial program management, and business strategy.

In this dynamic role, you'll engage with senior stakeholders, manage third-party suppliers, and be the guardian of system security and integrity. Your leadership and innovative thinking will drive significant outcomes.

Take ownership of large-scale, complex consulting projects, delivering impactful results and fostering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities;
  • Drive Success: Lead the delivery of large programs to achieve revenue targets and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Combine fresh thinking with strategic insight to develop groundbreaking consulting solutions and business development opportunities.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with clients to capture and shape consulting opportunities, helping them envision the future and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead a Strong Team: Guide a market-leading team of consultants to deliver accelerated performance, growth, and profits.
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Take part in industry forums, events, and social media to position Sopra Steria as an inspiring leader.
  • Embrace Innovation: Support a consulting-led culture by demonstrating pioneering technologies that introduce new ways of working in a digital world.
  • Mentor and Coach: Inspire the wider consulting community through knowledge sharing, coaching, and designing development activities.

What you'll bring;
  • Educational Background: Degree-level education or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the NIST Cyber Security Framework, ideally NIST 800/53 control sets.
  • Consulting Experience: Extended client-facing consulting experience in a recognized consulting business or similar.
  • Complex Project Management: Experience in building complex cases and managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional project/program management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards of quality and detail orientation.

Salary: up to £94,000
