You will ensure smooth and efficient office management, support the executive team, take minutes, prepare agendas and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from coordinating meetings and managing correspondence to maintaining records and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain and organise confidential records and files.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of minute taking for a high volume of senior Meetings
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
