We are looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Administrator to join a high end Estate Agency in North West London. A young, vibrant and sociable office, we are looking for bubbly, friendly proactive candidates with excellent communication skills. Supporting the Sales and Lettings teams with their admin, there is plenty of opportunity for growth as the agency continues to expand.
Typical tasks will include:
- Managing the smooth running of the sales and lettings process for a high end portfolio of residential properties
- Updating property details, uploading photos to various portals.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and sales memorandums onto various platforms
- Renewals and new tenancy agreements
- Management of keys for properties
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, vendors and buyers on a regular basis
- Arranging inventories, check-in and check-out reports
- Liaising with contractors regarding refurbishments/repairs for properties
- Arranging relevant Gas, EPC certificates
- Registering and de-registering deposits on TDS
Key skills:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a property administration position
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Highly organized, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
