We are working with our client who are a leading engineering services business in their search for a technical sales representative. The company specialises in lifting and moving machinery and they are experts in their field. They are based in Durham


You will be a key member of the team working with the operations team to respond to enquiries, manage key accounts and generate new business opportunities when possible.


This is a fantastic role in a growing business with full training given, someone with knowledge of moving equipment or lifting would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and manage enquiries from new and existing clients

• Visit clients, assess works and produce quotes

• Follow up on leads

• Provide detailed information so stakeholders

• Compile method statements, lift plans etc

• Align client expectations and update on job progress or changes

• Successfully close out projects


The Person:

• Experience with lifting or moving loads

• Appointed person advantageous

• Driving license essential

• Electrical or mechanical background also suitable
