Standard Childrens Social Worker

You are a dedicated social worker with a passion for supporting children and families. You possess a keen ability to work with children at risk of family breakdown, those facing emotional and behavioural challenges, and situations involving neglect, domestic abuse, or parental mental health and substance/alcohol misuse issues. Your goal is to provide targeted support and intervention to prevent matters from escalating to statutory services.
What the job involvesThis role involves providing Early Help interventions for children and families throughout Liverpool. You will be tasked with targeting support to those in vulnerable situations, intervening at the right time to prevent further issues. Your focus will be on identifying risks and providing the necessary support to safeguard children and their families, aiming to strengthen family units and mitigate challenges before they require statutory intervention.
