Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Contracts Manager at Minerva Building Restoration Ltd located in Bromley. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts and projects. This includes contract negotiation, project planning, resource allocation, budget management, quality control, processing contractor's payments and adhering to Health & Safety. The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
