The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the UK by introducing innovative solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to overall business success. This is a rare opportunity for individuals with little to no sales experience to kick-start their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of 80 SME customers. Your goal is to nurture relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities, particularly in cybersecurity and managed services.


Once trained, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
  • Engaging regularly with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand engagement within the customer’s organisation.
  • Leading the sales process from opportunity creation through discovery, solution design, proposal, and closing.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas by tracking performance and proactively driving opportunities to close.
