Working Hours: 3 days a week 9am-5pm

Role Overview:

The Part-Time HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the human resources function and contributing to the smooth operation of the office environment. This role combines HR duties, including recruitment administration, assisting with payroll and employee benefits, and employee relations, with general administrative support. The role requires an individual who can effectively balance these functions within a reduced schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll and employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support employee relations by assisting with grievances and conducting exit interviews.
  • Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with employee training and development programme coordination.
  1. Office Administration:
  • Provide general office support, including managing supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with vendor relationships and service agreements.
  • Help organise and manage office activities, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained in the office.
