The Role
We’re looking for someone with a breadth of digital expertise and some experience in people management, who would thrive working in a multi-brand fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting time to join Robinson Young, as you will be responsible for extensive day-to-day digital activity and managing the Marketing agency team in the next phase of growth including the identification and sourcing of people, skills, and expertise.
Duties and responsibilities
- To organize the team workload, priorities, and long-term development
- To set up and allocate annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditure, and support the Finance Director with monthly invoicing
- Developing our brands’ social media channels to engage with consumers online and drive them to retailer listings (e.g, plan and post content such as reels, manage influencer collaborations, execute digital campaigns, create and manage paid ads, analyse reporting)
- To develop brand marketing strategies, manage and monitor brand campaigns, and manage brand budgets/spend in collaboration with the SBM’s
- To support the drive for new business where marketing support would be required
- To ensure all brand campaigns and communications reflect evolving brand positions and tone of voice to the relevant target audience(s)
- Oversee all website content for accuracy, consistency and style both for branded partner websites and the evolving RY website
- To analyse performance metrics and provide accurate reports for both internal and brand partner circulation
