**Job Summary**

This role will drive activities to ensure we achieve revenue, profit, and EBIT targets for our digital partner program business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Trading Lead, Buying & Merchandising, and Digital Marketing functions to plan and deliver activities that meet our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work with the Trading Lead and Commercial Finance Teams to plan partner program targets and phasing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brands and commercial partners.
  • Manage the digital trading calendar for partner program, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of trading summaries and progress updates.
  • Identify new opportunities for onboarding additional brands and collaborate with relevant teams to bring these to market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital partner program business, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in working with Trade Lead and Commercial Finance Teams to plan partner program targets and phasing.
  • Proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships for partner program for the digital business.
  • Experience in managing the digital trading calendar for partner program.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities for onboarding additional brands and collaborate with relevant teams to bring these to market.
  • Experience in creating trading summaries and progress updates.
