What you'll be doing;
- Reporting to the Head of ERF Operations, you will be responsible for leading a large and successful operational team, consisting of technical experts and operative staff.
- You will have overall responsibility and direct accountability for all the operational and maintenance activities, team performance and development, and overall safety of the Energy Recovery Facility Operation.
- Driving high levels of contract performance.
- Responsible for the delivery of the client contract and compliance.
- Assisting in establishing annual goals and objectives while supporting the strategy for the business unit.
- Maintaining profit and loss ratios and preparing annual budgets.
- Delivering operational efficiencies and cost-saving solutions.
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Liaising with relevant experts within your region and across the business to design and implement technical solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
What we're looking for;
- Previous technical experience from a continuous process background.
- A demonstrable background in engineering
- Strong leadership and development skills.
- Previous experience of working at a senior level.
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Familiar with Industrial health and safety compliance.
