Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
