Role Description

Senior User Researchers required for ongoing projects with large central government client. Immediate start with an initial 3 month engagement. Confirmed outside IR35.


Must Have Skills

  • Extensive experience of designing, planning and executing user research across a number of government departments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the principles and application of User-Centered Design.


Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrate active collaboration with designers, business analysts and developers on the team when planning and summarising research.
  • Experience of both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • History of successful GDS assessments.
  • Knowledge of prototyping and visual collaboration tools.
  • History of successful application of best practice and skills transfer.


Other Requirements

  • Current or be able to gain BPSS clearance.
  • Located in the UK.
