In this integral role as Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional business support in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key participant in the CLT (Country Leadership Team) meetings, providing excellent facilitation of meeting minutes, actions and ensuring accountability. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to use your advanced planning skills to proactively organise and prepare for upcoming meetings, events and deadlines, adapting swiftly to changes with agility and foresight


The Executive Assistant hybrid role is based in Sheffield and benefits from a very competitive salary, holiday and pension, staff discount and much more.


What your impact will be:


  • Extensive diary management for the VP GM including supporting the coordination of key customer meetings
  • Coordination of travel for VP GM and direct reports
  • Scheduling of CLT meetings, ensuring participant attendance, agenda building, capturing minutes and actions for meetings, circulating them to participants
  • Planning and facilitating customer site visits
  • Country meeting & event calendar ownership
  • Sourcing pre-reading materials, sending in a timely manner for meetings
  • Work with EU Comms team to schedule and ensure content is ready for all key country leadership communications
  • Creation of presentations and facilitation of inputs from all functions in a timely manner
  • Forward-thinking and adaptive to change are essential qualities in this role.


What you'll need to succeed:


  • Experienced with balancing multiple stakeholders – customers, senior executives and executive leadership team
  • Proven experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams
  • Personable and cooperative
  • Confident in building presentations and drafting reports
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to be discrete
  • Prior experience of supporting Director / Executive level managers is required
  • Diary management, able to cope with change, agile and responsive to conflicting priorities and comfortable with making and communicating short notice adjustments.
