What you'll do
As a Strategic Proposition Manager at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the company's' First Choice for Food 'corporate strategy. Your main responsibility will be to lead complex cross-functional projects to define and implement key Food Propositions and value initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support the commercial planning cycle and develop prioritisation frameworks to drive strategic change across propositions and channels. You will serve as the ambassador for value within Sainsbury's, providing valuable insights and thought leadership to inform decision-making processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with data owners and various divisions within the company to unlock maximum value from our data. Your strategic thinking, customer focus, and excellent project management skills will be key to your success in this role as you navigate ambiguity, build strong relationships, and drive tangible recommendations for the business.

Who you are
As a Strategic Proposition Manager for Sainsbury's Commercial Operations, you are a strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture. With your natural leadership style, you quickly build credibility with stakeholders and successfully lead complex cross-functional projects to define and implement key Food Propositions and value initiatives.
