Eton Bridge is partnering with an ambitious, growing and successful FTSE business who are seeking an Interim Group HR Business Partner for a 12 month period.


Responsibilities:


This role will work closely with the Group HRD and Senior Group HR Business Partner across a variety of people projects, both Group-wide and locally with businesses. The role is truly generalist, hands-on and will give the opportunity to add value in a fast paced environment.


This is a small central HR team, so there will be involvement in both the operational and strategic sides of HR. Accountabilities will include, but not be limited to:


Business Partnering

Work to support the businesses in each Sector, as well as the a small Head Office population. This might include working on organisation change projects, complex employee relations issues and providing advice and guidance to managers and HR managers within the businesses.


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Work alongside the Chief Sustainability Officer and HR to support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives across the group that drive tangible progress


Talent

Set up a scalable general management programme alongside local business HR Managers, which is complementary to the Senior Leadership Talent Development programme. Maintain the Group organisation charts


HR System

Support the roll out of an HR system for PLC and the senior management population to ensure efficient and effective people management and to support strategic decision making. Ensure the maintenance and integrity of data within the system


Colleague Engagement

Partner with the Group HRBP to deliver the annual Colleague Engagement survey across the Group, analyse results and partner with Managing Directors to develop robust action plans


Reward

Support with the delivery of the annual compensation cycle, including data analysis and collation, as well as preparation for Gender Pay gap reporting.


Experience required:


  • CIPD qualification is imperative


  • Strong experience of working in a Senior or Group level HR Business Partner remit within complex, fast paced businesses.


  • Demonstrable experience of partnering Group Functions/Head office populations up to Director or ExCo level


  • Specific exposure to leading on group wide talent, leadership, ED&I and engagement initiatives/projects


  • Practised at operating at both a strategic and operational level, and confident balancing the two.
