SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Manager is a key member of the ESWL Management team and actively contributes to the achievement of the company’s goals. This is a stand-alone role in a growing and exciting company of around 50 employees, looking to expand its portfolio globally in coming years. The HR Manager will provide an end to end HR service for the full employee life cycle, supporting in both operational activities and strategic goals to drive change and growth.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Providing HR best practice across the full HR spectrum and employee life cycle, tailored to the Company’s requirements including but not limited to;

• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and statutory regulations.

• Organisational development, including implementing and administering performance review process and coaching management.

• Employee relations management, including absence, parental leave, discipline and grievance.

• Administration of annual pay review and bonus.

• Management of all recruitment requirements and onboarding.

• Development and implementation of people strategy.

• Monthly reporting to management.

• Global mobility and new country set up.


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to a positive working environment.

• Be a good ambassador of the business.

• Promote Health & Safety good practice, follow company policies ensuring safety of self and others at all times.

• Promote Environmental good practice, follow company policies with regard to Environmental goals.

• Maintain quality of service by following and enforcing the company quality standards.

• Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by the line manager.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or relevant business degree.

• Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD qualification).

• Extensive generalist HR Experience at a senior level with the capacity to provide support in all

areas of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Training, Recruitment and Benefits.

• Good consolidated knowledge of Employment Law.


Desirable

• Chartered Member of the CIPD.

• Experience working in a stand-alone HR role within an SME.


WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Office environment.

• Desk based work with screen work and phone.

• Occasional work overseas as the Company grows may be required.
