Application Support Lead

We’re working with a software house based in both Edinburgh and Glasgow that are working with growing number of well-known companies across finance. As a result, they’ve been growing really quickly, 50% in the last 5 years
They are looking for a Lead Application Support Analyst to help their team that works around the clock. This also a great opportunity if you’re looking to advance your career and step into a supervisory role.
As a Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within their support team. You’ll handle incidents, make sure they meet their service goals, and keep their customers happy. Plus, you’ll be the go-to person for any escalations and will coach the team to improve our performance.
Some desirable skills include:
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in service desk operations and ticket management.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell/Bash.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and/or Windows Server 201x
- System administration experience
- Knowledge of ITIL principles
