Job Description:

As a React Native Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading our mobile development team, architecting and implementing high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Your expertise in React Native and leadership skills will be essential in mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and driving the technical vision of our mobile projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of React Native applications.
  • Architect and implement scalable, robust, and secure mobile solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of React Native developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews and testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a React Native developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, React Native, and related frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Leadership experience in a tech lead or similar role.
