You will be responsible for :

  • A proactive approach to partner management through understanding our partner's objectives and recognising opportunities to service their needs and grow our partnerships.
  • Take a strategic approach to managing and delivering impactful partnership activations in line with budget and resource allocation.
  • Represent the needs of our partners and vision for our partnerships to the wider organisation.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the partnership (financial & non-financial).


To be considered for the role of Partnerships Manager you will need the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing and delivering exceptional partnership campaigns.
  • A natural relationship builder, able to build alliances easily and bring people with you on your journey.
  • A meticulous planner and detail-orientated, you're happy to get stuck in with the granular details of a project.
  • Proactive and have initiative


You will need to go to the office 2 x days a week in Manchester.
