We are on the lookout for an experienced Social Media Manager to join an established FMCG company. The right candidate will have a vital responsibility in enhancing brand recognition, interaction, and revenue via strategic social media and digital marketing endeavours.


The Role:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our client’s brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates on social media platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to the interests of our client’s target audience.
  • Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, posting, community management, and influencer partnerships. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals, product launches, and promotions.
  • Utilise paid advertising on social media to amplify brand messaging, target specific audiences, and maximise ROI.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to expand brand reach and generate authentic user-generated content.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and overall search engine performance. Conduct keyword research and optimise content for better search engine rankings.
  • Work with content creators and web developers to optimise website content and structure for SEO and user experience.
  • Execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions, optimising for maximum ROI.
  • Run affiliate marketing campaigns to expand brand reach and drive referral traffic, collaborating with partners on offers and promotions.
  • Build dashboards and reports to inform leaders on performance metrics and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.
  • Implement strategies to grow the client’s YouTube channel's audience and engagement, promoting videos across other social media and marketing channels.


Who are we looking for?

  • Professional qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the food/consumer goods or gaming/entertainment industry.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools, with a passion for staying ahead of trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics, generating reports and insights for optimisation.
  • Mastery of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for website audits and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive informed decisions and optimisations.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling, able to captivate and inspire our target audience.
  • Experience managing and growing YouTube channels, preferably in the entertainment or children's content niche, with a track record of optimising video content for search visibility and engagement.
  • Experience in developing and producing engaging video content, including animation or visual storytelling, and proficiency in video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube analytics to track performance and audience engagement.
  • Experience in promoting YouTube videos across social media platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership strategies for cross-promotion and audience growth..
