Salary: £45,000 annually

Flexibility: Hybrid work setup - Work from our Warrington office (minimum 2 days a week)

Holidays: 25 days of holiday plus public holidays

You’re the kind of person who would be confident acting as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet client needs.


What We Expect:


  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the creative team, motivating team members and overseeing their work.
  • Project Management: Manage the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that the overall strategy and vision for a project or campaign are executed successfully.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, maintaining excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality, both aesthetically and functionally.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and identify potential projects.

  • Urgency: We value speed and adaptability. The best creative studios are quick to produce, quick to innovate, and quick to pivot when necessary. To build something exceptional, we need to combat inertia and continuously evolve our methods.
  • Innovative: Even in a creative studio, efficiency matters. We are looking for someone who is always thinking about process improvements and the impact of incremental gains over time. Your interest in refining workflows and enhancing productivity will be crucial.
