Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product strategy and development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling innovative technology (B2B) platforms that are optimised for both Outbound and PLG led motions. You will have a proven track record in driving product excellence from concept to launch and beyond. As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, managing a talented team and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities


Product Strategy & Vision:

- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals.

- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.


Roadmap Development:

- Develop and manage a robust product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.

- Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.


Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous improvement and growth.


Product Development & Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and iteration.

- Implement best practices for product management, including agile methodologies, user-centered design, and data-driven decision making.


Customer Focus:

- Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.

- Collaborate with user research and customer support teams to gather insights and ensure a customer-centric approach.


Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

- Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align product initiatives with business objectives.


Market & Industry Insight:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the B2B SaaS/fintech space as well as GTM excellence

- Incorporate market research and competitive analysis into product planning and strategy.


Qualifications


Experience:

- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech/SaaS industry backed by VCs

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative financial or B2B software products.


Skills & Competencies:

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.

- Proficiency in product management tools and agile methodologies.


Education:


- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA/MSc level qualification is expected.
