The Role:

Reporting directly to the CRO, my client is seeking a driven and passionate individual to come onboard as their second Senior Account Executive (AE) in the UK, and play a pivotal role in expanding their presence across the territory. As a Senior AE, you will collaborate closely with leadership to drive revenue growth through complex sales, high-level product presentations, and brand development. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong customer relationships, build a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to the critical market expansion of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to define sales strategies and develop territory plans.
  • Lead customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person, with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Create impactful proposals in partnership with Solution Consulting, highlighting the company's solution and market-leading position, including upcoming Gen AI offerings.
  • Manage and support the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain and document a detailed sales pipeline, including forecasts, prospect information, current opportunities, and future activities.
  • Share insights, expertise, and market feedback with team members to enhance overall performance.
  • Work with Alliances and Channels leadership to build and strengthen partner relationships, enabling scalable sales engagements.
  • Conduct value engineering exercises that align with customers’ strategic objectives, articulating the value proposition in terms they understand.
  • Lay the groundwork for securing six-figure enterprise ARR transactions.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, documenting and sharing insights within the company.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to enhance regional brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Residency in the UK (England) is required.
  • Proven network of contacts at CISO/CDO level within the industry
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise solution sales.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security solutions in general
  • Self-starter, autonomous, ability to work independently and remotely while also contributing as a valuable member of the team.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the sales lifecycle and achieving sales goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology).
  • Proven track record in new business development and prospecting.
  • Strong technical understanding of industry-related technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-focused approach to building relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of relevant technology architecture related to data management.
  • Ability to lead value engineering exercises by aligning solutions with customer business challenges to demonstrate our value.
