Responsibilities

  • Replenishing the stand with the merchandise.
  • Answering queries from customers.
  • Reporting discrepancies and issues to the manager.
  • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Balancing sale receipts.
  • Dealing with customer refunds.
  • Keeping the stand tidy and clean at all times.
  • Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Working within company guidelines.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
  • Responsible for security on the stand
  • Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock


Person Specification:

  • Having a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Basic IT skills required
  • Comfortable working and approaching members of the public.
  • Should have a confident manner.
  • Must be helpful and polite.
  • You should have retail sales experience
  • Able to work as part of a sales team
  • Flexibility around shifts required
  • Full machine training will be given


This role is paying £11.50 per hour

This a permanent role so please only apply if you can commit to a permanent position
