The Role
As part of their digital transformation journey, they're seeking a Digital Product Officer to join their dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in planning, maintaining, tracking, reporting on, optimising, and evaluating the performance of their website product. You'll analyse and report on performance data, including user behaviour insights, and work collaboratively to ensure all digital activities are insight-driven and audience-focused.
This hands-on position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the Digital team in development, UX, and content design work. You'll be at the forefront of their website relaunch project, contributing to the charity's evolving digital approach.
What experience do I need?
You'll need a background in digital analytics (1-2 years). Key skills include proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools. Experience in setting digital KPIs, tracking, reporting, and evaluating outcomes is crucial. You should be comfortable with data analysis, and user-centred design methodologies, and have a good understanding of content management systems.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into actionable insights. Experience in UX activities, content design, and managing small digital projects would be advantageous.
What's in it for me?

The process typically involves two stages:
- A panel interview with the Head of Digital and two team members.
- An informal chat with the Department Director.
