Social Media Manager wanted in Leeds for one of the North's best digital agencies


This outstanding digital agency, established for a number of years and with industry leading specialisms across multiple digital channels, are going through a period of exceptional growth and now require a Social Media Manager to join the team and deliver organic social campaigns for a range of top brands.


The successful candidate will:


  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, ideally agency-side, with in-depth knowledge of all major social platforms, as you will play a key role in the planning and execution of social media briefs for a range of B2C and B2B brands


  • Be highly strategic and creative, with a reactive approach to all the latest social trends, to create innovative and topical content that will ensure your clients are leading the online conversation


  • Have a strong track record of planning and implementing cross-platform social campaigns, increasing followers and engagement, and delivering significant ROI for your clients.


  • Be highly data driven, to analyse campaign performance and effectiveness, utilising your findings to inform future campaigns


  • Have excellent account management skills, to offer a consultative approach to your clients, with the commercial acumen to develop accounts and drive revenue


  • Ideally have some line management experience, as you will be required to guide and mentor junior colleagues and play a role in their development and progression


  • Be an excellent communicator with good knowledge of other digital channels, such as paid social, to work collaboratively with various teams across the agency and ensure cross-channel integration
