This is a unique opportunity to take on a dynamic and varied role, offering exposure to C-suite executives while making a meaningful impact. The position combines management, operational responsibilities, event coordination, and serving as the primary point of contact for a wide range of organisational needs. It’s an ideal role for someone eager to take ownership and shape the position to fit their strengths alongside business requirements.


The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational and administrative support to the firms London office and the broader platform with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager capable of leading and developing a small administrative team. They should be a self-starter who excels at managing concurrent projects and meeting deadlines, with strong communication skills to keep key senior stakeholders informed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mange in excess of x12 heads including a large team of EA's.
  • Manage and develop the London administrative team to ensure a cohesive, high-performing group that delivers exceptional service.
  • Oversee office facilities in collaboration with the Facilities Coordinator, including building relationships with stakeholders, maintaining health and safety compliance, and managing ESG-related data collection.
  • Supervise planning and execution of team events, strategy sessions, and offsites.
  • Lead initiatives such as office moves and integration projects in coordination with the Director of Administration.
  • Work closely with the CPO and COO to support governance tasks, ExCo meetings, and preparation of senior communications and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for office and operational updates across the London team and wider organization.
  • Liaise with IT to ensure seamless tech support for the administrative team and broader office.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and implement vendor management policies.


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within Private Equity is essential
  • Must have managerial experience, specifically managing a previous team of Executive Assistants
  • Previous office management experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
