The HRIS Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the HR information systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and compliance. This individual will manage system maintenance, updates, data accuracy, and security measures while generating reports for strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will lead projects related to system development, upgrades, and implementations, collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments.


Key Focus Areas:

  • Oversee and maintain HRIS functionality, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement system updates, manage user support, and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead projects related to HRIS development, upgrades, and implementations from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery within budget constraints.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the HRIS aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communicate system changes, updates, and project statuses effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational HR teams to optimize HR processes and integrate HRIS functionalities effectively.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role with a strong background in IT and HR systems management.
  • Experience managing multiple HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated success in leading system overhauls, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
