We are recruiting for our client, a leading and innovative social media marketing agency based in London.

They are looking for a Business Development Director for the UK agency focusing on new client opportunities that fit their proposition and service offering.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

•⁠ ⁠The main focus of the role will be Identifying (and closing) opportunities to work with new clients

•⁠ Working with the Senior Account Leads to grow opportunities in ‘Group’ Accounts (in the consumer and lifestyle sectors)

•⁠ Building a pipeline of new client opportunities – (project based, and always on clients)

•⁠ Developing and executing contact strategies for potential clients – expected to be with client direct and through third parties (intermediaries, group referral).

•⁠ Oversee the Marketing function (1 x Marketing Manager) to ensure the marketing plan supports their growth ambitions (Marketing drives qualified leads)

•⁠ Lead and win new business pitches (supported by the agency team)

Salary up to 90K plus uncapped bonus/commission
