We are looking for a passionate and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations in our prestigious studios in Camden. Your mission will be to ensure smooth operations, deliver exceptional workouts and community experiences, and maintain a positive environment for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee efficient studio operations, address issues promptly, ensure compliance with SOPs, and conduct regular health and safety audits.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the studio’s budget, monitor financial performance, and maintain strict control over attendance, revenue, stock, payroll, and costs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Foster high levels of customer service, develop community engagement strategies, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage studio staff, creating a rewarding work environment and ensuring team members are well-trained and motivated.
- Sales and Outreach: Collaborate on local marketing strategies, execute customer retention and referral programs, and lead B2B outreach.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of General Management experience, ideally in the premium health and fitness, wellness, or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in operational management, team building, and talent development.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving collective goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for service and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
