Covering reception and providing administrative support to our legal and property teams, as well as our Estate Agency Manager.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Managing incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
  • Welcoming office visitors and creating a friendly environment
  • Assisting with office duties and supporting daily operations through typing, filing, and other clerical tasks
  • Arranging appointments and scheduling meetings
  • Organising property viewings and providing assistance to the Estate Agency Manager
  • Assisting with website content management and social media management
  • Experience in audio typing


Knowledge and Experience:


  • Previous experience in a law office role is preferred but not essential, as appropriate training will be provided
  • Excellent client interaction skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms
  • Good organisational skills
