Health and Safety Advisor

Location: East or West Sussex

Salary: Up to £45k + Car Allowance depending on experience

Project Partners are on the look out for a Health and Safety Advisor. The purpose of this role is to provide health and safety, security, and environmental advice to reactive Civils and Planned Work teams, and work with the teams to ensure company procedures and statutory requirements are in place.

Role Summary

  • Provide competent H&S, Security and Environmental advice and reports to the company as required
  • Undertake workplace inspections and audits, undertake accident / incident investigations as required
  • Undertake project work when required
  • Working with both internal and external clients as required,
  • Attend meetings with both internal and external clients as required.
  • Occasional out of hours working will be required.
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post


Experience Required


  • Experience health and safety advisor minimum 2 years’ experience ideally in utilities or construction.
  • NEBOSH general certificate, NVQ or similar in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Experience of the Construction Industry
  • Experience in utility or civil engineering contracting (preferred)
