The Need


You will take ownership of the Equity/Share Plan management and overall strategy;


  • Managing the global Equity/Share plan and always be looking for excellence in processes
  • The vision to future proof the offerings of the equity/share plan
  • Own all activities required to successfully operate share plans including audit,, regular and ad hoc reporting to the board.


What are we looking for?


We believe that the right candidate for our client will demonstrate the following experiences and competencies in their career history to date:


  • You will have had a proven track record as a Equity/Share plan leader leader in a similar, fast paced, privately owned company
  • Pre & Post IPO Experience desirable
  • Subject matter expert in share/equity plans for a global company
  • Extensive Tax and legal knowledge around share/equity plans
  • Stakeholder engagement is pivotal in this role - therefore demonstrable experience of working with the SLT.
  • A candidate who is open, humble, with the ability to pivot and adapt with the needs of the business as they evolve.

Alongside the above, we'd describe 'the one' for us as an individual who lives and breathes Share Plans/Equity, who is informal, humble and engaging. Relationship driven, accountable, and someone who will relish the opportunity to make their mark in this position.
