We are looking for an experienced Membership Executive passionate about pets, making meaningful connections and providing exceptional service. Fresh off the excitement of securing £7 million in funding, we are searching for a warm-hearted Membership Executive to join their journey. Your role will be pivotal in welcoming local pet parents into the Creature Comforts family, ensuring they feel understood, cared for, and valued.


This role is hands-on and based in the heart of the community at the Barnet clinic.


Compensation:


We're offering a starting salary of £35,000, complemented by a generous bonus linked to your achievements. We're keen to delve into the details as we progress through the selection process.


Your Day-to-Day:


  • Craft and execute innovative strategies to engage with pet parents within your local area, ranging from events to casual conversations in the park.
  • Lead and inspire a team of brand ambassadors, together amplifying their mission.
  • Manage the clinic's waitlist, warmly inviting prospective members to explore the space and services.
  • Host tours and open days, creating memorable experiences that encourage membership sign-ups.
  • You can drive the success of your clinic, including within core membership and additional services, with an eye on sales performance and growth opportunities.
  • Be the friendly face and reliable point of contact for members, ensuring their seamless and joyful journey.
  • Support high retention rates and reconnect with members to understand and address their needs.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships within the clinic and the broader team, contributing to the culture of care and support.
