Role Overview:

As an OEM Account Manager, you will have the responsibility to develop year on year OEM Sales in order to exceed and deliver our FPP targets, and also maintaining the level of expected customer contact and expectations linking both the customer and the company, enrolling all parties to deliver sustained and profitable growth. We’re looking for someone that can manage customer expectations and ensure they are always exceeded.



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Account management of identified account base, ensuring business growth and longevity for the company.


  • Exceed budget/FPP of identified account base.


  • Promote the full range of available products and new technologies e.g. (Seals, Couplings, Safematic, Performance Contracts, 3D Modelling etc
  • Account planning and reporting in line with business requirements.


  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.


  • Address and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively.


  • Sales Performance.


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


  • There is an expectation to visit these 4 key accounts on a regular basis.



The Individual:


Knowledge OEM Sales

Proven experience in account management, ideally with a mechanical focus such as gas seals, gaskets, pumps, or filtration products.

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Dispute / conflict management skills

Strategic / complex selling experience
