We are currently seeking an organized individual to join us as a Bid Coordinator – known in house as Strategic Bid Sourcing Specialist (Spondon/Hybrid). This is a fixed term contract for 6 months initially.

As a Bid Coordinator you will be the voice of Incora, regularly communicating with our suppliers in the US, quoting for bids of varying sizes and processing RFQs. This role involves complex data entry and therefore requires intermediate to expert excel skills.
About You
You will be exceptional at communicating effectively both written and verbal, understanding and actioning customer requirements with suppliers will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be a self-starter, organised and with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders. Due to the complex data entry, intermediate to expert excel skills are a must for this role.
We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences where excellence is central to what you do. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates with a background in the aerospace, manufacturing or automotive industries or those who have worked in sales or procurement.
As there is a lot of engagement with our suppliers in the US, there may be some flexibility of working hours to align with time zones.

- Starting salary between £29,000 to £31,000 dependent on experience
