About the Role:

We are working with a global education business who is seeking a highly motivated Data Business Analyst during a significant period of change. You will play a pivotal role in validating the proposed data architecture to ensure it fits in with current business and data processes in NetSuite and BigCommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document existing data pipelines, data merging processes, and configurations.
  • Champion the creation of golden data sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and make recommendations on data architecture to allow seamless integration with NetSuite and BigCommerce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and requirements.
  • Help the business understand how to operationalise the new data programme by integrating it with existing data processes without disruption.
  • Clearly communicate the if/where the limitations are but able to provide objective validation to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst/Engineer with a strong understanding of data pipelines and data management is required.
  • Experience on data programmes involving ERP and E-commerce platforms is a must have
  • Knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and data structures is highly favourable.
  • Experience building and implementing data models for complex systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities are crucial.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement is preferred.
