Role Overview:

I am seeking a skilled Business Analyst with substantial experience in the London Market to join one of my Insurance client’s team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business change and ensuring successful project cut-overs. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, London Market expertise, and hands-on cut-over experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business processes and systems.
  • Develop and implement effective cut-over plans to ensure seamless project transitions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise business operations.
  • Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the London Market.
  • Demonstrable experience with project cut-overs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in London 2-3 days a week.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
