Due to continued growth within The IN Group, we are seeking Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst you be join our technology division and focus on, assessing business processes, holding works shops and providing data-driven insights to optimise ways of working throughout the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline operations, and enhance the overall effective operational strategies.


You will help improve our processes, products, services, and data through in depth analysis while bridging the gap between IT and the business to ensure that business needs are met efficiently and effectively.


You will be part of The IN Group, an ambitious, market-leading group of specialist recruitment consultancies and Talent Consultancy businesses. We are made up of Investigo, InX , Definia Sigma Labs, BioTalent and Caraffi. There are more than 500 of us globally who specialise in specific sectors which enables us to make a real difference to businesses and individuals across the world.



Experience needed:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position
  • Experience in using tools such as Miro to facilitate workshops
  • Experience in data management and analysis
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ideally you will have experience in working for a company with in the recruitment, sales or consultancy space
  • Experience in working on transformation projects and business project implementation



Role Expectations:


Business Process Optimisation:

  • Collaborate with IT to evaluate current processes and systems and recommend improvements
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and advise on adjustment of business processes if needed


Project Management:

  • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving internal processes and systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Facilitate workshops and kick off meetings across multiple internal teams


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related, market trends, and performance metrics to help improve business processes
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making across our technology division


Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use your prior knowledge to provide insights on potential new services based on data analysis.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
