About the Role:

My client, a leading UK-based IT Services & IT Consulting organisation is seeking a Microsoft Office M365 SME who will be working alongside the Consultancy and Advisory Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the goals of the business by aiding in the development of Practice strategies and Business Plans as well as providing technical support to for existing and new service optimisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Migration of M365 solutions (from planning to implementation)
  • Being responsible for Office 365 onboarding and Office 365 tools and products
  • Intune experience for design and configuration
  • Troubleshooting across Microsoft platforms and systems
  • Interactions with executives responsible for business decisions


Candidate Technical Skills / Role Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience (3+ years) with Office 365technologies (Azure AD, SharePoint, In-Tune, Co-Pilot, Exchange)
  • Understanding of Microsoft Modern Workspaces
  • Experience with Windows 11 and End-User Computing.
  • Exceptional communication skills
