Essex UK, Eastern England, United Kingdom DiverseJobsMatter Full time

We’re looking for a racial awareness workshop facilitator to deliver our tried and tested classroom-based training to children in primary and secondary education settings. The training focuses on creating inclusive spaces for meaningful discussions about race, identity, and mental health helping children and young people explore identity, culture, and emotional well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Your ability to facilitate group discussions, handle sensitive topics with confidence, and maintain positive classroom dynamics will be essential. You'll work collaboratively with teachers, bringing energy and creativity to the workshop delivery while supporting their professional development in this important area.

We acknowledge that lived experience, whilst not a requirement for this role, can be beneficial especially as this facilitator role will be working within diverse school communities.

There are 3 positions, 14 hours each.
