About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diversity Trainer to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our team, you will deliver classroom-based training programs designed to foster inclusive environments for children in primary and secondary education settings.

Our training programs focus on creating spaces for meaningful discussions about race, identity, and mental health. You will need to have experience working with children in classroom settings and possess strong behavior management skills.

Your ability to facilitate group discussions, handle sensitive topics with confidence, and maintain positive classroom dynamics is essential. You will work collaboratively with teachers, bringing energy and creativity to workshop delivery while supporting their professional development in this important area.

We encourage applications from all intersectional identities as we continue to educate ourselves about underrepresentation in our workforce.

This role involves facilitating workshops within diverse school communities, and lived experience can be beneficial but is not a requirement.

The estimated salary range for this position is between £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
