The Role

This is a collaborative role within the UK HR team, responsible for Payroll, HR Services and Data processes. You have a wide range of duties, including.

  • Management of 1st point enquiries for UK payroll (1000+ employees). Liaising with the payroll vendor, & HMRC.
  • End-to-end payroll processing ensuring data accuracy with systems whilst looking for ways to streamline processes to optimise efficiency.
  • Optimise HRIS system, provide user training, develop process map, generate reports, documents and standardise processes. (use said reports to analyse people data, identify trends and make recommendations)
  • Deliver Continuous Improvement projects for HR processes & plans
  • Effectively identify problem areas and recommend improvements.


Your Skills & Experience

This position is seeking a confident & collaborative HR professional who can challenge ideas to drive improvements, you will also need.

  • Educated to degree level in HR subject or relevant experience and payroll qualifications an advantage.
  • Expert knowledge of workforce planning, payroll & performance
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS, payroll PAYE regulations & tax laws
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Data analytics and reporting
  • Confident presenting skills, a clear communicator
