Growing FX / Payments / Fintech Company is seeking a talented, Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with enterprise level clients. This role is in a well established and high performing team experiencing significant growth of the company and client base.


Duties include:


  • Providing a high level of support to a large and diverse, UK & International client base.
  • Provide post sales support to new and existing clients including implementation, day to day support of complex payment and FX needs.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for more junior team members to ensure resolution of any queries.
  • Deliver client data, SLA reviews and presentations.
  • Provide hands on support with end-to-end onboarding requirements and integration.
  • Identify and refer commercial / sales opportunities.
  • Proactively maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams.
  • Drive operational / service improvements and efficiency.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and maintain an unrivalled service approach.


Essential experience includes:


  • 5+ years experience supporting relationships / account management for enterprise level / B2B clients.
  • FinTech experience is preferred and highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience developing large scale corporate clients relationships.
  • Ability to assimilate and present data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Hybrid working: 4 days per week in the office.

Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits
