We are thrilled to partner with an award-winning experiential and activations agency to find a Senior Account Manager / Account Director.
This is a full time position, remote based in the UK.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director you will join a vibrant client services team, collaborating with global brands in Retail, FMCG, Entertainment, Tech, and Sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing accounts internally and externally.
- Lead and oversee daily project management, ensuring outstanding delivery.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, competition, and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Director (CSD) to address new briefs and drive team initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with relevant partners for client projects.
- Work with internal divisions to ensure effective cross-channel execution.
- Ensure all campaign elements are supported by robust contractual, legal, and insurance documentation.
- Maintain quality control for all client and supplier communications.
- Foster an environment of creativity, encouraging innovation within the team.
- Demonstrate financial acumen, managing budgets, driving profitability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to forecasting with the senior team.
- Manage overall campaign budgets on behalf of clients.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, setting high standards of behavior.
- Track and evaluate junior team progress through regular check-ins and annual appraisals.
- Champion compliance processes within the team.
- Participate in new business initiatives and contribute to the agency’s culture.
