About the role:


My client is seeking a Senior Account Manager (SAM) to support the Group Account Director (GAD) in managing client accounts and ensuring seamless production execution. This role focuses on account operations and multi-discipline production, not creative leadership.


You’ll oversee large-scale campaign production and media fulfilment (print, digital, video), maintain key client and partner relationships, and support new business efforts, including RFIs, pitch materials, presentations, and case studies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client & Project Management:
  • Manage key client and partner relationships.
  • Oversee production projects and align with client goals.
  • Assist in new business development with RFIs and pitches.


  • Campaign Coordination:
  • Collaborate with creative teams and manage campaign execution.
  • Coordinate workflow with internal production teams.
  • Manage budgets, reports, and quarterly reviews.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise Account Managers and support issue resolution.


  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners, manage expectations, and ensure deadlines are met.


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, with bonus skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle pressure.
  • Passionate about creativity and up-to-date with industry trends.
